WHAT A GREAT DAY TO BE A LONDON-BASED ARCHITECT.

How often does it happen, on the very same day, that two local media giants promote two separate projects that your company has played a major role in?

L360 ARCHITECTURE is proud of having been chosen by Ayerswood Development to take their 195 Dundas Street Project, designed by Turner Fleischer, through Design Development, the Permit Phase, and now, into Construction.

L360 ARCHITECTURE is equally privileged to be the Architect for the London International Academy Student Residence Project. This new facility will rejuvenate the Horton-Richmond Block of the SOHO District.

These projects are a clear testament to how L360’s unique L360 ARCHITECTURE Process instills the 3 C’s of Architecture: Communication, Collaboration and Coordination, resulting in an expedited Zoning and Permit Process.

Congratulations to the whole Consulting Team (L360, Callidus, VBANDS)!
